Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Return And Refunds
No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect but must want un-boxing full videos without any cuts. We reserve the right to refuse a return beyond 5 days of receipt of the product.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned product and a store credit will be processed in the form of a coupon code which can be used for future purchases.
Under very rare circumstances, the bottles may leak and it may have spilled during transit. We’ll provide reshipping of damaged products only if you have submitted the unboxing video. Kindly make sure you are aware of the product details before you place an order. Once the product is received by you in good condition, return or exchange because of your personal liking towards the product or non-suitability of the product on yourself will not be entertained.
