It evens skin tone and brightens complexion using rice extract to minimize the effect of dark spots and freckles. Our 3% Niacinamide Rice Water Milk Based Toner is paraben-free and safe for your skin.
How to Apply
Direction:
Clean your face with a cleanser pat dry.
Close your eyes and place the bottle a couple of inches away from the face.
Spray the toner lightly over your face.
Let it partially absorb and follow up with a moisturizer.

NOTE: Best before 6 months from the manufacturing date.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25*C. Do not freeze
